Why some commands may be unresponsive

Since ChatCool is a statistical bot, It uses API (Application Platform Interfaces) to retrieve stats and info.

If certain commands come back with an error message from any category, it is most likely that the API is facing a outage.

If this may occur for any command, please report it in the support server and we will investigate as soon as possible.

ChatCool relies on several API's for some commands, but we have made sure that when using one, we try to fit all its endpoints in a category.
