As a heads up before reading, we would like you to know that is Privacy Policy describes how user data is used in ChatCool. Just so you know, while reading, "User" would be you, and "We" or "Us" will take note as the ChatCool Developers.
Donating
ChatCool's only donation link is https://ko-fi.com/chatcool. Anybody else claiming to be us with
a different link is attempting to scam the User. Such frauds should be immediately reported to
our Team.
Bugs
If a user finds a bug on the bot, it is their responsibility to report it right away to developers on the support server. But, if a user exploits the bug or shares it with others, that user will be blacklisted from the bot, banned from support, and any servers they own will also be blacklisted too.
Source Code
ChatCool is not an open source Discord Bot. This means that the code that built the bot is not shared publicly anywhere on the internet. If a User claims to have the source code or is begging for it may result in a ban from the support server, blacklist, and a server blacklist on any servers you own.
Discord Terms of Service
Since this bot is on Discord App/Website, you must respect their terms of service in order to use ChatCool.
Use of The Service
Developers/Bot Mods have the permission to end a Users use on the bot (blacklist) as long as we think or have recieved a report that you are using the bot for inappropriate intentions.

We try our best to make sure the website does not infringe no applicable legal provisions of third partys, or other companys. However, this is not always achieveable.
